Weightlifting

Back Squat (4×10)

Warm up to a work weight and complete 4×10 at that weight.

Add 5-10# weekly.

Push Press (4×10)

Warm up to a work weight and complete 4×10 at that weight.

Add 5-10# weekly.

Pull-ups (4×8-12)

Strict Pullups.

Use a band if necessary.

Add weight if you can exceed 12 strict pullups on your first set.
