Warm up to a work weight and complete 4×10 at that weight.

Add 5-10# weekly.

Bench Press (4×10)

Warm up to a work weight and complete 4×10 at that weight.

Add 5-10# weekly.

Bent Over Row (4×10)

Warm up to a work weight and complete 4×10 at that weight.

Add 5-10# weekly.
