Corebar FIT™ (Functional Integration Training) is the intermediate intensity Corebar class where we pay more attention to mobility training and functional flexibility in combination with core and strength exercises.

It is a though, energetic and FUN class, with smaller amounts of high impact training as jumping and running. The Core, Strength & Mobility part is dynamic and intense. The class always starts with a technique practice, so the actual training time is 50- 55 minutes.

Corebar HIT™ is the ultimate high intensity cardio and core class to take you to your potential! 60 minutes non-stop super sweat! Corebar HIT is extremely intense, energetic, playful, diverse, deliberate, focused and FUN! This is the ultimate calorie burning workout to test your levels of fitness and endurance.
