Crossfit is a program developed to offer a full-body work out that combines elements of cardio, weight-lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for everyday life activities. It’s an amazing program that achieves results quickly.

Crossfit Castle Rock was established in 2008 and we pride ourselves with having the most experienced and well rounded coaching staff around. We offer the most flexible schedule with the best variety of classes. We also offer specific BEGINNER classes 3 times per day for those that are BRAND NEW to Crossfit. These classes offer the beginner a less intimidating atmosphere, with people just like them, those who have NEVER tried Crossfit before. The coaches break down all of the movements in greater detail, and offer all types of modifications for movements. So no matter what your fitness level, no matter what your physical limitations may be, Crossfit can benefit you.

In addition to our beginner classes, we offer a wide variety of all-level and advanced competitor programming and specialty classes including Olympic Lifting, Mobility, Gymnastics and new Skills Only classes!

If you are the type of person who is not sure what to do when you walk into the gym, CROSSFIT is a great option! It’s a PROGRAM, not just a class, the trainers tell you what to do and then how to do it based of your personal fitness level.
