We have 4 children, 2 each from previous marriages. I work at National Jewish Health as an MRI TECHNOLOGIST. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football. Found my nitch in football and wound up at Ft. Lewis College in Durango,Co. on scholarship. But there really is not any sport I don’t like. My wife and I take full advantage of our time and travel as much as we can. Plus spend time time at our cabin in Grand Lake. Life is busy.<br> <strong>What were you doing before CrossFit-</strong> Working out at home and running. Nothing to exciting.<br> <strong>What were your thoughts after your first crossfit workout- </strong>Will I ever be able to move again. I could not go up or down stairs for nearly a week.<br> <strong>What were your goals when joining crossfit-</strong> No real set goals. I really wanted to just be in better shape and see how much I could push myself again.<br> <strong>Have you achieved any of those goals-</strong> Yes I have. I realized at 46 I can do a lot more than I thought I could.<br> <strong>Has crossfit affected your life outside the gym- </strong>Yes. I am more conscious of what I eat and how it effects my body. Plus you look better on the beach.<br> <strong>Any advice for people getting started-</strong> Never give up. As much as you want to quit, DON’T. Xfit will build your body and your mind.<br> <strong>Some of your recent accomplishments- </strong>Deadlift- 405, OHS- 205<br> Thank you to all of the trainers at CFCR.
