30 Rounds or 25 Minute AMRAP:

3 Burpees
1 Power Clean

*if you finish 30 rounds under 25 Minutes stop the workout. If you do not finish under 25 your score= rounds+reps.

Level 2: 155/105#
Level 3: 185/125#

Coach’s Tip: The method to the madness today is about Mental Toughness. While this will certainly be a tough workout, your success will ultimately come down to your mindset rather than your fitness level. Your mind will surely want you to stop before you need to. BUT, the rep scheme allows you to keep moving. I challenge you not to grab chalk or water when you know you don’t really need it. I challenge you to pick up the ball, drop to the floor, or pick up the bar even when you don’t want too. Remind yourself its only 5, 3, or 1 rep and push yourself to keep moving.
