Mini Triathlon. Strict Gymnastic Work, Mobility, and Climbing skill work
Regular CF – Alternating Olympic lifting with a partner. Moderate to heavy squatting with gymnastics and a high heart rate
Endurance – Light-moderate squatting and olympic lifts, gymnastics
Three Part workout in intervals. Capacity, Strength, Jumping
Light squatting, posterior chain and lunging at high reps with a partner
