5K Run

Coach’s Tip: The 5K run is the most frequently programmed workout on the Crossfit.com website. It is an essential piece to the list of benchmark workouts in the CrossFit arsenal. Today we test the longer time domain. You will see this again so come set a PR so you have a time to beat in the future. This is also one of the few tests we do that you can compare to your non CrossFit friends!
