What to expect this week?
Monday
Week 5, Day 1 – Squat Cycle. Snatches on the :45s at moderate percentage.
Tuesday
Regular CF – Dumbbells – pulling, pressing, lunging. Running, push ups and pull up bar gymnastics.
Endurance – Running, OH carries, pulling, pressing and lunging
Wednesday
A short EMOM with gymnastics. Rowing, and jumping
Thursday
Regular CF – Week 5, Day 2 – Squat Cycle. No Gutz, No Glory Partner Workout #4
Endurance – Jumping, light – pressing, pulling and squatting
Friday
Running, moderate pulling, and pull up bar gymnastics
Saturday
Partner WOD. Squatting, core work, rowing with built in rest.
Sunday
Open Gym – 8a – 12p

Squat Cycle – Week 5, Day 1
3 Sets: 2 Front Squat + 4 Back Squat @ 95% of 90% of 1RM Front Squat

Every :45s for 9 Minutes:
1 Snatch (Power or Squat) @ 75-80% of 1 RM

Core/Mobility
2 Rounds:
1 Minute Foam Roller T-Spine Mobility
5 Strict Toes to Rings (3 ct. down, fast up)
