It’s always a good idea to workout with a partner and even if you don’t bring one with you our coaches will help you to find one!  Saturdays are always fun classes with lots of energy!

Just a few reasons to have a workout buddy:

  1. It makes it more fun of course!
  2. This person is counting on you.
