OPEN WORKOUT REDO’s and MAKE UP’s can be done tomorrow, Sunday, February 25th between 830 and 1130am. Please try to plan with other people that are registered for the open that will be able to judge you and/or be judged on the workout. 

In Teams of 4:

250 Calorie Bike
3 Rounds:
80 Goblet Squat (53/35#)
40 Push Ups
20 Burpees

*1 person must be on the bike at all times, 1 person working on movements in the 3 rounds
*Score = time to complete both pieces
* One movement must be completed in the 3 rounds before moving on to the next.
