Parents,  We hope you are all enjoying the extra space!  We have plenty of room for your kids to hang out on the benches while you work out when there is not a babysitter on duty.  We are asking your cooperation to please refrain from letting your kids play in the gym studio unattended.  This will no longer be allowed, as we do have personal trainers that come and go with their clients and are expecting a kids free studio to train their clients in a quiet, private atmosphere.  This is especially important in the evenings and the weekends. Thank you for your understanding!

Each person works one minute at a time, alternating (work one minute, rest 1 minute while your partner works)

4 Power Snatches
8 Overhead Squats
Max Effort Bar Over Burpees

Score=total number of burpees.

Level 1: 75/55#
Level 2: 95/65#
Level 3: 115/75#

1 minute on, 1 minute off move through 4 power snatches, 8 overhead squats and then max bar over burpees each minute. At the end of the 20 minutes your score will be the total number of burpees you and your partner completed.
