Monday
Week 2, Day 1 Squat Cycle. CFCR Benchmark #1 of 4 – Heavy pulling, pull up bar gymnastics, rowing
Tuesday
Regular CF and Endurance – Running, jumping, awkward squats
Wednesday
Partner Style – Cardio Gymanstics, Moderate-Heavy Pulling/Pushing, Pull Ups
Thursday
Regular CF – Week 2, Day 2 Squat Cycle.  Bike, 3 body weight movements
Endurance – Bike, bodyweight movements and rowing
Friday
Dumbbells. Lunging, Snatching, Pressing
Saturday
Partner WOD on the longer side. Light squatting and pulling. Pull Up Bar and body weight Gymnastics
