Join us at the Castle View High School Track  for a capacity and endurance running workout. These workouts are designed not only to make you a better runner, but improve your overall metabolic conditioning and pacing that will have a drastic effect on your WODs in general. It should take about an hour, and your interval times will be based on your 1 mile time. Coach Brenda will have the workout for everyone!! Hope you can make it!!

    Are we running a mile, or basing it off our previous mile run?

      Basing off of a previous mile. It doesn't need to be exact, but have an idea of what your mile time is to find your interval times.
