Tomorrow is our first ever Max Out Friday.  It’s not too late if you would like to participate, just let a coach know!!  We will be maxing out on the clean & jerk and snatch.  We will run this like a mock meet for those of you who have signed up to compete at the Cowboy Classic Weightlifting Meet. This is a great opportunity to “practice” before the meet!

For those of you not participating, bring a side dish or dessert to share along with your favorite beverage and come hang out and support those participating.  Just like Friday Night Fights, this is a casual and fun event for all to enjoy!
