Climb the Ladder – 7 minutes
2 Toe to Bar – 10 Double Unders
4 Toe to Bar – 20 Double Unders
6 Toe to Bar – 30 Double Unders
8 Toe to bar – 40 Double Unders
…continue pattern until time is up

Mobility
1 Minute Banded Ankle Mobility + 1 Minute Barbell Calf Smash (each side)
