MOBILITY CLINIC

We’ll work on mobility, stability, breathing & bracing, and perfecting movement patterns. (which means big PRs).

Starting Monday (April 3rd) we’re running a 6-week mobility class.
The class will be every Monday at 5:30am OR 4:30pm.
Cost $199

If you have trouble squatting below parallel, look like a warm banana when you put a barbell overhead, or want to learn perfect positions to hit new lift PRs, this class is perfect for you!
