The long wait is finally over, Castle Rock Barbell Club starts TOMORROW!!
Please attend the time you signed up for, and get ready to lift!
Barbell Club will be held in Studio A, using our brand new platforms.

It’s not too late to sign up and give it a try for free during these last two weeks of November.
Classes are Wednesdays at 5:30am, 8:30am and 6:30pm as well as on Saturdays 8:00 and 9:00am.
