Hydrate

Getting enough water can be tricky, especially if you don’t like water.

Typically I will fill up a water at my desk, drink it then I go about my day getting to busy to fill it up again. A bad habit I am trying to break!

How well do you think your digestive system works without enough water? There is a lot going on in our bodies…a lot of tubing that needs irrigation.
So how do we know how much water to drink, and if we are getting enough?…One way for us to know is to look at our bowl movements. Not only do we need to be having bowl movements daily but what are bowl movements look like is important as well. I know your thinking “Gross, Coach B is asking us to look at our poop!” but by doing so you will see the signs for whats going on in your digestive track. If it is not regular you need to be looking at the two points we went over (food quality and hydration) Another indicator of knowing if your getting enough would be the color of your urine. The lighter the color the better.

If your body is not ridding itself of toxins your body has to figure out what to do with it and that starts to take its toll.
