Individual Programming

While our daily workouts are designed to improve overall fitness across a broad spectrum of athletes, individual programming is a great way to achieve specific individualized goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, or train for an event, an individualized program is the most effective and efficient way to achieve your fitness goals.

Coaches will work with you to identify and assess your strengths and weakness. We will create a program specific to your needs in order to help you attain your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Results come fastest by targeting weakness, and that is exactly what this program is designed to do. With the help of your coaches you will not only have a detailed road map to reach your goals, but also a thorough understanding of what it takes for you to be at your best.
What to expect:

  • Complete detailed workouts for each day
  • Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
  • Skill based exercise and workouts to improve movement efficiencies
  • Strength and conditioning exercises specifically catered towards your goals
  • Functional Movement Screening pre and post testing
  • Consultation with coaches to develop the best program for you
  • Development of training accountability through recording and evaluating results
  • Improvement in overall fitness, gymnastic skills, strength and body composition
