“Chelsea”

EMOM for 30 Minutes, complete one round of:

Pull Ups
Push Ups
Air Squats

Level 1: 3 Pull Ups, 6 Push Ups, 9 Air Squats

Level 2: 4 Pull Ups, 8 Push Ups, 12 Air Squats

Level 3: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

*Choose a level that allows you to perform entire round on the minute. Goal is to continue workout on the minute for as long as possible. If you cannot continue to perform workout on the minute before the 20 minute mark, then finish workout as an AMRAP until the 20 minute mark. If you hold each round on the minute past the 20 minute mark your score will be how many minutes you completed a round on the minute.
