AGE IS NOT AN EXCUSE!

Metabolic decline isn’t age-crossfit-masters-mesassociated. Rather, its lifestyle-related-what we think of as “normal” aging may, in fact, be an outcome of inactivity and not eating properly. Indeed, if people take steps to preserve their muscle mass with age, they’ll also preserve their resting metabolic rate to a large extent.
