  • The Gym of Castle Rock is prepared to equip athletes with the proper technique and fundamentals of movements to enhance all of the necessary general physical skills. Established in 2004, The Gym of Castle Rock and Crossfit Castle Rock have teamed up to bring every Team and Individual the required knowledge and programs to raise each participant to the next level. Focusing on proper form and technique of all power movements and accurate footwork for speed and agility, The Gym will deliver an elite experience second to none!

  • An achievement and effort based program designed to teach young kids foundational movements and functional fitness. With different levels of the program, kids graduate to a new level by passing checkpoints. This philosophy allows kids to stay motivated and excited about improving their overall athleticism!

    Session Times:
    Monday 4:30pm – 5:30pm or Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm
